Want to transform your gaming experience? Whether you like hardcore survival with RLCraft, technology with SkyFactory, or you simply want to switch to an optimized version like Paper or Purpur, the Starmine panel lets you reinstall everything instantly.
Why use the reinstallation tool?
The Starmine panel is designed for simplicity and performance. It offers:
- Automatic installation of all existing packs and plugins.
- Full FTP access to send your own files if needed.
- Real-time console to follow the deployment of your new server.
- Backup manager to secure your data before any major change.
Step 1: Access the "Reinstallation" tab
Log in to your panel and select your server. In the top horizontal menu, click the Reinstallation button, recognizable by the crossed wrench icon.
Step 2: Choose your reset mode
Before choosing a new version, you can clean specific items:
- Map reset: Deletes only your worlds.
- Plugin reset: Removes all your extensions.
Server reinstallation: Cleans everything to start again from a 100% fresh base.
Step 3: Select your Modpack or Version
Scroll through the list under the Server reinstallationsection. There you will find the main categories:
- Vanilla Java Version: For the original Minecraft experience.
- Paper / Purpur: Recommended to greatly improve performance and add plugins.
- Forge / NeoForge: Essential for loading mods and Modpacks like RLCraft or Better MC.
- Automatic Modpacks: Use the search bar on the right to find your favorite pack (SkyFactory, All the Mods, etc.).
Step 4: Validation and Launch
Once your version is selected:
- Click the corresponding reinstallation button.
- Warning: A window will remind you that this action will delete your current data. Confirm to start the process.
- The server will download the necessary files. You can watch the progress in the Console.
