Site publisher
The site starmine.net and the brand Starmine are operated by Starlancer S.R.L., a limited liability company under Romanian law, whose registered office is at Aleea Privighetorilor 86P, 014031 Bucharest, Romania.
Contact: support@starmine.net. Support is provided through tickets from the panel and by e-mail; we do not offer phone support.
Hosting
The site and the game infrastructure are hosted in a datacenter located in Paris, France, run by a French infrastructure provider. The machines are administered by Starlancer S.R.L. The platform status can be checked at any time on the service status page.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site (interface, texts, illustrations, logos, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Starlancer S.R.L. or its licensors. Any reproduction or reuse, beyond normal browsing of the site, requires our prior written authorization.
The content you host on your server (worlds, configurations, files) remains your property: we claim no rights over it.
Trademarks
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Starmine is neither affiliated with Mojang Studios nor with Microsoft, and is not endorsed by them. The name “Minecraft” is used on this site only to describe the compatibility of the service.
Credits
Design, texts, illustrations and development: Starmine. The fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Report unlawful content
In accordance with the French law for trust in the digital economy (LCEN), anyone can report to us manifestly unlawful content accessible from a server hosted on our platform. The procedure is detailed on the page Report unlawful content; you can also write to support@starmine.net with the subject “Signalement”. Manifestly unlawful content is removed promptly, and the most serious cases are forwarded to the competent authorities.
Personal data
The data controller is Starlancer S.R.L. The data collected is limited to what is necessary to provide the service and for invoicing. The full details (data, purposes, retention periods, how to exercise your rights) are in the privacy policy.
For any request about your data: support@starmine.net. You can lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority; if you live in France, you can also contact the CNIL.
Cookies
The site only sets technical cookies, essential for logging in and ordering. No advertising tracker, no third-party analytics: that is why no consent banner is forced on you. The full list and their lifetimes are on the Cookie policy page.
Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, contact support first: nearly every situation is resolved through a direct exchange. If the disagreement persists, any consumer may turn free of charge to a consumer mediator; their contact details are in the information block of the “Site publisher” section, at the top of the page.
The service is provided from the European Union. Consumers living in France keep the mandatory protections of French consumer law and may bring a case before the courts of their place of residence. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute is brought before the competent courts.
