On ARK: Survival Ascended, eggs hatch and crops grow without anyone having to launch the game. Your tribes keep taming and building while you sleep, progress is kept, and everyone connects at the time that suits them. A game hosted from a player's PC, on the other hand, cuts out as soon as that player closes their session.
ARK: Survival Ascended needs a lot of memory and processing power. On our Ryzen 9 machines at 5.4 GHz, with DDR5 ECC and NVMe Gen4, the map loads fast and the server holds up when the whole tribe logs in. DDoS protection is permanent and your personal address is never exposed. The server stays reachable around the clock, from our datacenter in Paris.
From the panel, you choose the map, the session name, the join password and the PvE or PvP mode. The admin password is generated at installation. BattlEye can be switched on or off. The mods page, connected to CurseForge, lets you search and add in one click. A reset remains possible: the map alone, or the map along with characters and tribes.
Our ARK: Survival Ascended plans start at 16 GB. That is the reasonable floor for this game, which remains very demanding. Allow some headroom if you plan on many mods, a large map or a big tribe: every structure and every tamed creature takes up memory continuously.
The panel includes a mods page connected to CurseForge, not to the Steam Workshop. You search for the mod, you add it in one click, and the server downloads it at the next startup. The order of the list matters: reorder it from the same page before restarting.
Yes, the mode is chosen in the panel and can be changed later. You also set the session name there, the join password if you want a private server, and whether BattlEye is enabled. The admin password, for its part, is generated at installation and available in the panel.
A game launched from your PC stops when you leave, and your personal IP address is visible to players. A dedicated server runs around the clock in our datacenter in Paris, protected against DDoS, on hardware that shares nothing with your gaming machine. Your friends connect whenever they want.
Yes. The map is selected in the panel. Automatic backups remain available and restorable if you want to go back. Then choose the type of reset: the map alone, keeping characters and tribes, or the map along with characters and tribes to start from scratch.
The server is delivered installed and started within a few minutes. You receive its address and the admin password generated at installation. A free subdomain is included so you can share a simple address. All that is left is to add your mods and set the map before inviting your tribe.
Yes, free of charge. A single command is enough to switch your server to any game in the catalog. If your tribe gets tired of ARK: Survival Ascended, you do not have to cancel or take out a subscription elsewhere. French support answers by ticket if you have a doubt before switching.
