Price questions
Is there automatic renewal?
No. The service is prepaid for the chosen duration. At expiry, it stops unless you voluntarily extend it. No payment method is kept for a recurring debit.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes, upward at any time: the remaining time is recalculated pro rata at the new price, you only pay the difference. Downward, migration converts the remaining time into credit.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all displayed prices include French VAT. The applied rate adjusts automatically to your billing country within the European Union.
Can I pay several months in advance?
Yes, from one to 24 months at ordering time, and as much as you want when extending. The monthly price goes down with the prepaid duration: −10 % at 3 months, −25 % at 6 months, −40 % at 12 months, −50 % at 24 months. The price paid is locked in for the whole period.
What proof of payment do I get?
A PDF invoice, issued automatically after each payment and downloadable from the panel at any time. It carries your billing details and the VAT breakdown.
