A well-maintained server handles its upkeep on its own, during off-peak hours: restart, backup, run a command. Scheduled tasks set them once and for all.
Your tasks

Each line shows the action, its time, and its status. A task can be suspended with a switch without losing it, launched on demand to check that it does what is expected, and deleted when it is no longer useful.
Schedule an action

Five available verbs: start, stop, restart, backup, or send a command of your choice, a chat announcement for example. Choose the hour and minute, the task will run every day at that time.
The trio that keeps a server healthy
The experience always comes back to the same recipe: a nightly restart around 4 or 5 a.m. to clear memory and start again on a clean base, essential for modded setups; an announcement five minutes before to warn the night owls; and automatic backup, which is already there without you having to schedule it. Set up these tasks on day one, and forget about them.
