A Steam machine at Starmine is not tied to its game: the Gametab, deliberately placed last, switches the server from one game to another. Tired of Palworld, want Valheim? Same machine, same address, different world.
Choose the next game

The grid shows the games in the catalog compatible with your offer, each with its minimum memory. One click, one confirmation, and the machine is set up: game download, basic configuration, startup.
What the action replaces
Let's be clear, since this is the heaviest tab in the panel: changing game replaces the server volume. The world and the configuration of the game you leave do not survive the switch, that is why the tab sits apart from the usual settings. A safeguard still exists: a manual backup just before keeps the full state of the old game, and restoring after switching back to the same game gives it back to you. Thoughtful switch, backup first, and the machine lives several lives.
